Kuchipudi dance tells the universal story with mime, expression, body movements and footwork patterns. It is a unique style amongst the classical dances of India. It speaks through manifold rhythmic patterns, melodic gestures and subtle facial expressions, creates a new world of ecstasy and gives an ethereal existence. This dance is a combination of Tandava and Lasya (the majestic and lyrical graceful style) and a combination of Natya Dharmi (conventional movements) and Loka Dharmi realistic movements
Natya Tarangini Los Angeles will be offering monthly group classes and Skype classes in Kuchipudi Indian Classical Dance.
